As our world evolves as a global village, it is important more now than ever for students to strengthen their cultural identity. More importantly to learn how to interact and engage with people from other cultures.
Our Curriculum
Our curriculum teaches students with the tools for a better understanding of their culture and other culture with SEL(Social Emotional Learning), and Character education. The CULTURE ACADEMY provides students with tools to succeed in the 21st century. Our Curriculum is culturally relevant, responsive, contextual, engaging, project- based and fun! We also use cultural education to provide school-wide assemblies and presentations on Anti-Bullying , Substance Abuse Prevention and other social issues facing especially indigenous and minority students. We use our curriculum to provide professional development trainings for school leadership, teachers, educators, counselors, paraprofessionals, parents and guardians to give them the skills to provide students with the necessary skills to succeed in the 21st century.
